25+ years of concrete experience in Central Texas
Advantage Concrete has been pouring foundations, slabs, and structural concrete across Central Texas for over 25 years. We started in the trenches — literally — forming footings and finishing slabs for customers who deserved straight answers and quality work. Today we do everything from house foundations to multi-state truck scale foundations, but the philosophy hasn't changed.
Concrete is one of the few parts of a construction project that becomes permanent the moment it's poured. We believe buyers deserve to know exactly what's going in the ground before the trucks arrive. That's why every bid we write spells out thickness, reinforcement, footing dimensions, base prep, vapor barrier, finish, and what's excluded — in plain English.
CEO
Kevin runs sales, estimates, and customer relations. Raised in Nebraska and steeped in construction from a young age, he brings 25 years of hands-on concrete and construction experience to every project. He's the guy who'll sit across the kitchen table and walk you through what your foundation should actually look like.
CFO
Philip oversees finances, field operations, and project management. Also 25 years in the trade. He's the one making sure crews show up prepared, materials arrive on time, and every pour gets the attention it deserves. If it's happening on the jobsite, Philip knows about it.
Every bid tells you exactly what you're buying. Thickness, PSI, reinforcement, footings, prep, finish, exclusions. No vague "turnkey" language hiding the details that matter.
3000 PSI minimum, 24" exterior footings where specified, proper vapor barriers, glassy hard-trowel finishes, and compaction done in lifts. Standards that hold up, not shortcuts that hide.
We built the Concrete Specs Hub as a free resource so buyers can compare bids intelligently — even bids from other contractors. If you understand what's in a quote, you make better decisions.
We're also Advantage Metal Buildings — our turnkey metal building division.
